Welcome to the Brides PA service, with the average wedding taking around 250 hours to plan, it’s clear somewhere along the lines, you may need some help… the solution your very own PA.
My aim is to provide you and your bridal party with a stress free, calm and organised environment on your wedding day, by giving me your “To Do List” I can give you the ultimate resource – Time!
Delegate to me all the tasks you do not have time to do, I will oversee all the things you would like to oversee but you will be too busy enjoying your special day, and it is so important that you can relax and mingle with your guests.
More and more brides and grooms are turning to on the day wedding coordination services to assist with their wedding, you can then both relax and enjoy yourselves knowing that someone else will oversee all the details and make your day run smoothly. Bridal / Wedding Assistance
• Event planning and coordination
• Research of venues / suppliers and negotiation of the best rates
• Invitation preparation and distribution, and coordination of replies
• Personal shopping, shopping for and wrapping gifts for bridesmaids etc
• Travel arrangements, guest accommodation and activities
• Menu / table place cards / seating plans - design, preparation and set up
• Wedding programme design (typed, printed and assembled if required)
• Rehearsal itinerary
• Telephone calls to suppliers to confirm, book spa/ hair /make up appointments
• Pick-up items from various wedding suppliers, (i.e.) hire suits, flowers, balloons, favours
• Miscellaneous pre-wedding errands
• On the day full coordination – your own PA at your disposal
• Dressing service for the bride and wedding party
• Tie up any loose ends after the wedding and return hired items etc
• We can even check on your property whilst you are away, by Security Industry

What a fantastic service, Suzanne took care of everything for me from getting a gift bow for a surf board to making telephone calls regarding my flowers to unpacking my overnight bag at the hotel, she was really hands on and carried out the tasks in a calm and organised manner, and was a huge help to me from start to finish, I can not praise Suzanne and the Brides PA service enough, fantastic!
